Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MedicalRep application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

MedicalRep is a comprehensive medical sales representative management application that provides:

• Client and contact management
• Visit scheduling and tracking
• GPS location services
• Offline data synchronization
• Analytics and reporting tools
• Team management features

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Note: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. We are not liable for any loss of data.

Subscription and Fees

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
• Payment information must be current and accurate

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agency

Note: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service

Note: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MedicalRep TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MedicalRep Team and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or data submitted to the Service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending a notification through the Service
• Email notification to registered users

Note: Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
